What I Look for in a Mentee?

My mentorship style isn’t for everyone. I work best with individuals who are serious about learning and ready to put in the work. Here’s what I expect:

  • Learning should be a priority, not something done only during free time.

  • I don’t give direct answers — I provide tools to help you think, strategize, and solve problems. Expect assignments and reflection.

  • I only work with people whose goals are bigger than their comfort zones.

  • Lastly, I value those who are willing to pay it forward and help others grow too.
